The $1 Billion Campaign for George Mason University
George Mason University (GMU) had asked idfive to go above and beyond our initial scope of work and work with them top create the largest goal fundraiser in the school’s history, $1 billion dollars. In order to accomplish this, there were numerous pieces of collateral that would need to be created in addition to the massive marketing campaign to promote the cause. “Built by grit, ability, and vision. Opportunities seized, risks rewarded. A willingness to break the mold, question the status quo, and become the model of what's needed and what will be next.”
A high-class gala was the masthead of the campaign which required invitations and save-the-dates, event booklets, campaign style guides, step-and-repeat, letterheads, graduation program interior layouts, magazine ad spreads, custom email signatures, email banners, a microsite, videos, and a new Powerpoint template - all for handoff from idfive for GMU to take the reins after the gala. I was fortunate enough to be part of the concept and production team for this project, working directly with our AVP and Creative Director, and overseeing the creative production of a Junior Designer.
